We at Mr. Wolf are no strangers to the ever-changing landscape that is home ownership and everything that goes with it. Even more changing than the weather patterns and meteorological systems, is the whirlwind world of Insurance. For the past 6 years being a general contractor I have worked hundreds upon hundreds of homeowners insurance claims, commercial roof claims, repairs, retail estimates, interior/exterior remodels, landscaping projects, emergency tarping, emergency re-roofing for realtors, personal / fleet vehicle hail restoration/paintless dent repair, pest control situations, floods, lightning strikes, fires, mold remediation, land clearing, tree removal, fencing repair, etc.
Installation of the spirit of “doing the right thing for the customer no matter what” was ingrained in me early on while growing up working at a furniture and design business here in North Texas owned by my grandfather. This company is on a mission to be the same in thought and action. You will get the same story every time you talk to a different person, because you will be getting the truth, no matter how big or small the job is. As a 7th generation Texan, I believe wholeheartedly that it is my duty and those that serve with us here at Mr. Wolf, to uphold the original meaning of the state Motto, “Amistad” or “Friendship”.
We here ALL operate by the golden rule of loving God, and loving others as if they were our own families. I have asked every single person who’s agreed to be a part of this project those qualifying questions and will continue to do so for every new contractor that comes onto the team here.
Our Business Model
Mr. Wolf was born from the inherent issues that arise when trying to do the right thing for the homeowner meets a “large” business with strict profit margin guidelines, or a company owned by private equity that won’t allow specific avenues of service. Shortly put, if a company is advertising on billboards or stadiums, you, the customer are paying for it in some manner. It is usually by sacrificing a better deal for the façade of using an older “Heritage” company name. Most of the time, the same roofing crew works for 15-20 different roofing companies in DFW, and bigger roofing subcontractors work with even more large contracting companies. At the end of the day “King Crab Roofing” and “Buffalo Storm Roofing” might both use the SAME roofer in the same neighborhood, the same day. What homeowners really need is someone who works with multiple different subcontractors who all own and carry their own licensing, and insurance. That is my job to verify all that for the homeowner and take all the guesswork out of finding a contractor. ESPECIALLY if the homeowner is a first-time homeowner or from out of state. One bad contractor can cause issues in other areas of a home, (Think air conditioning lines/power lines running along the bottom of a roof deck). We here believe wholeheartedly that new Texans are just as important to bring into the fold as the Old Hats are to be taken care of. The state motto is Friendship. Our motto is Service, Integrity, Purpose.
Our Mission
When a homeowner moves into their new place, most of the time they don’t have a trustworthy source for who to call for MOST of the things that could go wrong in a home. Most of the time I hear horror stories about out of state companies, or companies that have gotten so big their prices are unreasonable. We aim to change that. When you call Mr Wolf you will ONLY ever get a DFW Metroplex or Texas based entity. We have even paired with a local Texas bank with many locations so you can walk in and speak to an actual person about what your best options are if financing is the avenue you’ve chosen. We believe in communities over automations, and we want our fellow Texans to be able to talk to someone locally face to face if there is an issue. Every subcontractor partnership this company recommends or utilizesinternally is someone we’ve worked with in the past, or who has done work for our families in some regard. No entity recommended by me in any way will cut corners, overcharge, make a simple problem more complex intentionally, weaponize any form of manipulative sales tactics, or be misleading in any way. Our mission is to help our neighbors. Period. From the chimney cap to the foundation, Mr Wolf can get it done or has a guy who does it professionally that you can pay directly with no upcharge. Remember the idea is to think locally so you as a homeowner get the truth, and no grey area. My guys watch out for issues I may find, I watch out for them, you get multiple professionals, and dozens of eyes on the same project making sure it’s perfect.

As someone who won the BBB’s “Spark” Award a few years back, I know exactly what it takes to create an atmosphere where employees feel valued, and where customers get a great deal. I have streamlined the roofing and insurance claims process to what I believe is the best possible bang for your buck. The result is one of the fastest turnarounds in the industry. Whether it’s a retail estimate and build within 1-3 days, an insurance claim that was filed, and approved the next day, or an insurance claim that takes time… we will get it done as strategically sound as humanly possible.
We are even partnered with over a dozen locally-owned roofing companies who both solicit our services for their projects, and who we outsource a lead to when they are slow or we are under a lot of pressure to make deadlines. Simply put, if Aikman is tired, hand it to Emmitt. The goal is to win the game. We love our fellow contractors who do a good job, follow the law, and have families themselves.
